We first mentioned this project 955 East Hastings Street back in September 2012 when it was still a proposed development and not yet approved. Well, not only has this large (or what some are calling “mega”) East Vancouver condo development been approved, it has a name, Wall Centre 900 Hastings. Touting the tagline “Proudly Strathcona”, we can’t help but think that Rennie Marketing Systems is trying to appeal to the local community who have raised concerns about having a development of this size in their neighbourhood (first large scale condo in the area). Based solely off their newly launched website 900hastings.com we know this 283 unit condo development will have “15 floors of views”, resemble stacks of shipping containers, and be priced starting from $249,900. The Wall Financial 900 Hastings presentation centre and showroom will open this fall 2013 and sales begin spring 2014.
