Things are moving east. Wall Financial Corporation is looking to build the neighbourhoods first large scale condo development at 955 E. Hastings Street. Designed by gBL Architects, this 282 residential and 70 affordable non-market housing unit development will span across three towers ranging from 10 to 12 storeys high. Commercial and light industrial uses, including artist studio space will be found on the ground floor. If approved, presales will start late 2012 or early 2013.

  • Two 10 storey (100 ft) and one 12 storey tower (120 ft) with 282 market residential units and 70 non-market affordable housing units (20%)

  • Affordable non-market suites include 23 studios, 30 one bedrooms, and 17 two bedrooms
  • Four levels of underground parking with 282 residential parking stalls and 12 affordable housing stalls

  • In-suite laundry for all residentail market units; shared laundry in lobby for non-market suites
