Things are getting a little twisted in Vancouver! Last week we blogged about the BIG ‘twisted’ tower on Beach & Howe and today it’s the newly resurrected Arthur Erickson building on 1151 West Georgia Street (originally called the Ritz Carlton).
This 71 storey development which has been designed to look like it’s gracefully spiraling into the sky will contain a 4 star hotel with 187 rooms and 287 residential units above. By 2014, this lot which has sat empty since October 2008 will be replaced by Vancouver's second tallest tower, opposite the Shangri-La.
