If you follow our reports on a monthly basis you're probably thinking "something looks different". Well... you're right! We've recently switched over to Sotheby's International Realty Canada and have started adjusting our look accordingly (stay tuned for a brand new website). How do you like it?

Our monthly real estate report is designed to keep you up-to-date and on top of the Vancouver real estate market. Each report analyzes the real estate markets in North and West Vancouver, Downtown, and the East and West side of the city and includes:

  • Monthly sales, listings, and absorption rates which help determine month's supply and the current market condition (equilibrium, buyer's, or seller's market)
  • Further statistical analysis by price, residential type, and number of bedrooms
