A native Vancouverite, Jeff's intimate knowledge of what makes Vancouver an international sensation, combined with broad local and international contacts has earned him high praise and since 2006, a consistent place in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board's prestigious MLS Medallion Club, recognizing the industry's top 10%. Having sold hundreds of homes, Jeff's approach is that of an investment consultant; there is no substitute for open honest communication, a comprehensive understanding of market conditions, and honed negotiation skills.

Jeff is a regular contributor to the Real Estate Channel and CFOX radio station, and has been featured in the Vancouver Sun and Metro News. Most recently, he served as Director of the Westside Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, where he chaired the education committee and oversaw the implementation of various board initiatives. He is also a proud member of Beta Theta Pi at the University of British Columbia, and is an honours graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology Marketing Management program. Jeff has also been honoured with the exclusive distinction of being named as a Private Office advisor with Engel and Völkers. 

In the spirit of giving back, Jeff previously sat on the board of the Surrey Rehab Society. His area of specialty are both the attached and single family home residential markets in Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver and West Vancouver. Jeff lives in West Vancouver with his wife and twin girls.
