November 2011 Vancouver Real Estate Market Sales Absorption Report and Statistics

This month we've added a new statistic, "month's supply". Month's supply is defined as the number of months it would take at the current absorption rate, assuming no new properties are listed, for all of the currently listed properties to sell. This metric helps determine whether we're operating in a buyer's, seller's or equilibrium market.
